From stigma to sustainability
Care-O-Safe began during the pandemic, getting pads to women who could not find them. The products came out of that work. The work still runs alongside them.

Stop whispering and bleed out loud.
We hold sessions in schools, hostels and communities on menstrual health and hygiene. Where schools allow it we run them for boys as well as girls. Period health is not only a women's issue.
Every distribution comes with a session on how to use and care for the product, because handing something over without explaining it changes nothing.

We supply pads directly to girls in schools and rural communities. Without access to a safe product, girls miss school and women miss work, and many still rely on cloth, ash or whatever is at hand.
Care-O-Safe wants that to change. We work with Rotary clubs, NGOs, corporate partners and local groups to get reusable products into the hands of the people who need them most.

We train the teachers, wardens and caretakers who look after these girls day to day, so they can answer questions with confidence long after our team has left.
Once a school or hostel has trained staff, the teaching carries on with every new group of students, year after year.
